Inventory Availability

We keep our website as current as possible, however, our inventory changes daily. If you call to purchase an item that is no longer available, we can suggest comparable works as well as discussing the possibility of a custom order.

Shipping Info

We charge for packing and shipping based on size, fragility and type of shipping requested. All items are fully insured. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, while ensuring all items are professionally packaged for safe travel.

Insured Shipping — Non-Furniture

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, with expedited options available. For PO Boxes, we ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. For small and medium sized items, we can provide an immediate quote for locations in the continental US. Shipments outside of the continental US will need additional time to determine shipping costs.

Insured Shipping — Furniture

Large furniture items are shipped via preferred regional and national blanket-wrap freight services. This “white-glove” service will deliver furniture items to your home or office (with 24 hours advance notice), remove all packaging, and place the items in your room. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for an item to be delivered cross-country, and for most items, the cost within the continental US is usually around 8% to 10% the value of the item being shipped, though this amount can vary depending on size, value, and destination. All furniture items must be quoted individually.

  • Thursday through Monday, 11 to 5, PST
  • Closed Tuesday and Wednesday, except by private appointment.

If we are unable to answer the phone when you call, please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as we can. We also respond quickly to email.

Payment Options

We accept credit card payment over the phone by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks.

Return Policy

In-stock purchases may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit within 30 days. Web-purchased items may also be returned for exchange or gallery credit within 30 days (excluding shipping charges).

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original receipt, packaging, and shipping boxes.

Gallery credit does not expire, and we will maintain a record of your credit in our database until you apply it to a new purchase.

Layaways, custom and special orders, and sale items may not be returned.
